Terms

Plain-language prelaunch terms for using KinBrief as a family care coordination workspace.

This is a prelaunch placeholder, not final legal advice.

Use of KinBrief

KinBrief is provided for family care coordination. You may use it to organize notes, tasks, documents, family updates, and weekly care briefs for a care circle.

You are responsible for deciding what information belongs in your workspace and who should be invited to view it.

Account responsibility

Keep your login information secure. Only invite people who should participate in the care circle.

Roles and permissions help limit access, but your family remains responsible for using the workspace appropriately.

Care coordination only

KinBrief does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, or clinical decisions.

Confirm health-related questions with a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, emergency service, or care team.

User content and documents

You keep responsibility for the notes, tasks, documents, and summaries you add. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share with the care circle.

Document uploads are intended to help the family stay organized. KinBrief does not validate legal documents, insurance coverage, or medical records.

AI-generated suggestions

AI-generated summaries and follow-ups are suggestions only. They must be reviewed and approved by a person before anything is added to the care plan.

Do not rely on AI output for medical decisions. Use it as a coordination aid and confirm uncertain details with the care team.

Billing placeholder

Billing is not active yet. Pricing pages show placeholder plans for upcoming packaging and do not collect payment details or start checkout.

Future billing terms will be added before real payments are enabled.

Termination and contact

Account deletion and data export flows are planned as the product matures. During prelaunch, contact the KinBrief team for help with account questions.
